Zoo

Gabriel and I checked out the zoo the other day. What fun! For me, that is. Gabriel paid attention to the elephant and to a gorilla, briefly. Other than that, he didn't seem to care or notice the animals. Weekday zoo time is great. Fewer visitors, all of which seem to be mom's and strollers.

Going to School

Yes, Gabriel went to the 3rd grade today!! What a smart boy! No, we visited Miss Milici's class and partook in an afternoon devoted to exercise. We watched girls do some yoga while others played kickball. Miss Milici's class is very talented they all sang to me to on the phone yesterday. They were so good I thought it must be a CD. I saw some of the watercolors the kids were working on and have to say some paintings are quite pretty. Gabriel and I would like to go back and visit soon, but Miss Milici says her class must be well behaved to earn visitors. Be good for Miss Milici kids, so we can come back.

Six months old Today!!

Big boy food...

Gabriel has been determined to try whatever momma is eating. He watches me intently and then reaches out so he may try some. Here is Gabriel tasting peas and drinking water. For lunch today, he tasted mashed bananas.

sick Baby

no more laryngitis but fighting bronchiolitis. no fun. his lungs should clear on their own but we'll check back with his doc. in two weeks.
