Sleeping Baby

At last...I got a night of rest. Just when I thought I couldn't possibly deal with another night of not getting enough sleep, he did it. He slept from 11:30pm until 8:45am! I can't believe it. I awoke at 6am wonding why baby Gabriel hadn't yet woke me up. I went to check on him and although he was stirring a little he seemed to still be asleep. I went and laid back down, thinking I would hear him any minute. when I didn't hear him I fell back asleep. At 8:20am when I still hadn't heard Gabriel I got out of bed worried. I checked to find him still sleeping. He finally opened his eyes at 8:45 hungry and ready to eat.

He is now sitting in his chair beside me helping dictate the best way he knows how. His thoughts: aaaa...ooo...mmm...waa...ahhh and he'll change his pitch then smile at me.
